I'm considering selling my '05 LR3 HSE with 77,120 on the odometer. Adriatic blue with a beige interior. It's in very good condition, dealer maintained. Everything works. Fresh brakes, 19" wheels with new Hankook Ventus tires. Factory nav, premium sound system, 3rd row air, xenon headlamps, heated seats, heated windshield and mirrors, aftermarket Sirius radio installed. Price $18,500. If there's any interest please let me know.

Thanks.

George -- HD Package is an optional package from LR, it gives you a rear differential locker and a full size spare tire.. Do you know if the spare tire is a donut, or full size?

Ryan - it does have a full size spare, but I honestly don't know about the rear differential locker. I've had the car for 3 years as a used car lease from Land Rover. Nothing stated about the diff when I picked it up. Is there a way I can figure it out?

What's the last 8 of the VIN? Should be 5Axxxxxx, I may be able to tell from that...

It looks like it is a 7 passenger HSE with Rear Climate Control, Cold Climate and HD Packages.

Oh, the rare HD package. Very nice.

Thanks Andrew. So, the HD package it is. It's really a fully optioned vehicle. You can say that this LR3 was the typical suburban road vehicle (blasphemy, I know), driven by my wife. Thus, it hasn't been offroaded, but is well equipped to do so.

Oh, the rare HD package. Very nice.

Just put some "real" tires on the thing and you're good to go.

This LR3 is officially for sale. I have it listed on Autotrader. My zip code is 11758. The asking price there is $19K, but for forum members I'll offer it at $17,500 firm.

I see you bought the Metropolis LR4.....is sold one the other day. It was a really nice truck and i loved the white accents inside. Enjoy! The Lr3 are definately getting snatched up for offroad rigs more and more lately with priced getting in the sub 20k range... Good luck with the sell.

Thanks Kelly. I call the Metropolis my wife's bling street ride. She took one look at it when our dealer first got one in December and it was a done deal.

The LR3 has been a solid truck and runs great. It's fully loaded and with the locking differential it's an attractive offroad package for sure. This truck hasn't been offroaded, but anything I do is on the light side and with the P38. I seriously contemplated keeping the LR3, but I want a D90 and just can't justify holding on to another vehicle.

Here are a few pics that I took before prepping her for sale. The leather is in very good shape and the body is in very good shape. The truck is not a garage queen, so there are a few surface scratches, but nothing that is problematic and nothing that detracts from the look.

I will trade for it on a 1994 ST D90 if you're interested....

I have been giving in the neighborhood of $15000 in trade... look at the d90 on our website and see if its what you're looking for... Price isn't set in stone...It now has factory alloy wheels and new tires... Good clean local (nashville) ....Give it a look..

Kelly

Your dealership has an impressive line up of used rovers. Shocked to see the series and also shocked to see Dendy parted with the g4 truck.

I bought the Metropolis for my wife as well. I think it's an awesome truck. We traded in her 07' LR3. Had no intentions of trading it in till I saw that particular LR4 and then drove it. I need to snap some pics next to my D-90.

You can see mine in the second pic peeking out from behind the LR3 and next to the P38.
