I never thought I would part with the rover, but I don't have the time to drive it with a 20 month old and I will see even less time with another on the way. I will likely move to a SW or a 110, but probably not till they are older.

Details- 95, 53,000 miles. Very little to no rust. However, it was driven so not as clean as some of these west coast beauties.

The story- I bought it about 2 years ago from the orig owner who lived in wyoming and he bought it in Denver. So high desert which means no salt and little moisture. I bought it at 51000, so you can see how little I drove it. Was garaged in VA, then we moved to So Cal. It is in great shape.

The good- Very little rust as you can see in the pictures. There is dust on it as I haven't cleaned it lately. Comes with the surrey, which I believe is the orig wrap around the bars type, a beat up best top and I am getting a brand new best top for it. The paint is in good condition, some scratches on wing tops. New Battery, new tires and great driver....

The bad- Not much that I can think of except the b-pillar foam is cracking some. Was orig a fastback that I added the rest of the cage too. So the rest is in great shape. It does not have AC. I have never needed it, but some want it. I don't have the backseat, but do have the belts. So you can find one and put it in easily if interested.

Looking to get $30k for it, but open to offers.

Photos on the link. Let me know if anyone wants more or has questions... Link says 97, but it is a 95.

I had a hard time going through with it... But I'll get something else in the near future that the family can ride in.

make your pictures public. Stay firm on your price as well. No reason in good condition with low miles you can't get it.

Use Mark's 95 as the gauge. He has 60k on it, no AC but a badger and he got 34k

Sorry to hear it Mark. You may have to join us for happy hour before it goes...

Yes, will have to make it before it goes. Just don't feel right going to rover meet ups or events with an LR3. I feel like it doesn't quite count....

I have had a bunch or requests for photos to be posted. Thanks to Josh, I was able to add a couple and will add more later.

In addition to the new in box Best Top, I have a highlift jack that mounts on the spare, repair manual, orig. owners manual and safari gard diff guards. The rear step, tire mount, front bumper and brush guard have all been powder coated in the last year.

Who did your powdercoating?

How do you like those tires. I have always wanted to try them

It was a local shop in VA where I was. Was more an iron work/ Art shop, but they did a lot of custom jobs. I opted for it over the paint.

I love the tires. They are almost new.

Did you replace gas tank cradle?

I replaced the rear tank skid because I had access when I took off the rear bumper and thought it needed it since the front had the stainless steering guard.

Mark,

Truck looks great... Don't sell it, you'll regret it.

Get a rear bench and strap a car seat in there... :) As Loic about it.

Looks like a great truck. I'd love to bring it back to its home here in Denver. Can you post some pictures of the engine bay and undercarriage?

Can you give me the VIN #? Does anyone have access to free Carfax reports?

Thanks all. I know I will regret it, that is why I am already thinking about what is next. Thinking 110, but not sure.

Peter, I'll take some photos this weekend and add them.

I'm having separation anxiety now that my red, '94 soft top D90 is so close to being sold.

Six years and soooo much time, effort and TLC. From the SD roof rack sourced over a year of searching, the winch, the Hella lights, the deep dish alloy wheels, newer soft top, SS braided oil lines, speakers, radio.

I can completely relate. Someone needs to start a D90 seller support group... or create an area on this forum.

Chris???
