D90 chip--stock but updated PRM3665A

I have an updated D90 "tune" chip. It was installed on my D90 and I believe it is the cold start style one but to my knowledge land rover never referred to it as such. Anyway, maybe it makes things smoother, it certainly made my truck zippy enough, if you potentially have a flat spot issue or whatnot it would certainly be nice to know if it is PROM related.

I guess $20 or so would be fine with me, or if anyone has a reasonable offer I am all ears.

Is this the chip you pulled to put in the Disco cold-start chip to eliminate the governer? So, this chip still has the speed limitter in it?
