Really dumb shock question

With the knowledge I will probably get blasted for this one, I still am going to ask. Is there anyway to simply replace the OEM shock rubber grommets without buying new shocks? I noticed mine a falling out, yet the shocks are working perfectly fine, and don't really ahve the $$ to start buying new shocks just for the rubber bushings. Am I crazy or just really cheap/poor? Thanks! Please stop laughing as I am sensitive individual. Just kidding! Thanks everyone. :cool:
