Greetings
Does a pick up cab bolt right on to any 3 door series 109 body, please? Or do you need an SIII cab for an SIII truck etc. Any other things to know in this area?
Also, how much would you expect to pay, and where do you find them?
Sorry, if this is a real noob question
Any help much appreciated
Thanks!

It is a bolt on no problem however there is a plate that came with mine to make it fit on a 88". Not sure if you need that on a 109". They come up for sale occasionally on the dedicated Series forums. You might try Pangolin 4x4.

They are hard to find complete, especially without roofs that look like someone stomped on them for some reason. Expect a clean one to be fairly expensive, more than a hoopset and new canvas.

I have 2 available in excellent condition with no damage to roof at all.
One is freshly painted (white top / pastel green back) and has all new window gaskets / tracks etc.
The other is in excellent original condition but needs to be refurbished (window gaskets / tracks etc).

$500 seems to be the ballpark. It depends how complete you want it. If you plan on dunning 3/4 canvas on the back, make sure it has the rear window rain gutter and drip rails.

I wasn't going to go into pricing but I've sold many of these in original condition (typical dented roof with several holes in it and all windows needing refurb) for $500
Original condition without the blemishes but still needing window work are more like $900 and up
Refurbished unpainted $1250.
Refurbished and painted $1750.
Note that these are just a guide to what these have been selling for and are not intended as a quote.

thanks all, for the replies/info/pms
as I'm having a tough time finding a series pick up, I'd wanted to know whats involved in adding a cab to a 3 door 109, as an alternative
thanks again

No sunsheets on these. They are pretty hard to come by, especially around here (Maine)
