Wanted: wiper control

It seems my wiper control is about to die as the delay is gone and the wipers won't return to their home position when I shut them off. Anyone have an assembly or suggestions on where I should go to get one?

I know this thread is a bit old and no one has posted, but I'm curious...did you ever find a solution to this problem? My 90 does the same thing.
