Finished Interior Rear Door Trim?

I was looking at an old sales brochure from 95 and noticed that the white ST Defender in the picture had a piece of plastic (similar to the front doors) on the rear gate. The piece actually included what looked like a map pocket. I currently have some molding on the rear door that includes a really archaic looking sub-woofer that I disconnected. However, I would love to replace this with the interior piece...if it exists? Does anyone know of such a beast for the 90-ST?

My rear door iterior is painted metal. No plastic cover.
