I'm missing several nuts and bolts that hold the wings.
Is there a body/panel kit already pre-made for the Series?

7/16ths fine thread is your friend. The will hold on most body parts on your Rover that uses bolts for fixings.
The special bolts to mount your wings to the bulkhead are available new at any LR parts house as are the special bolts and speed nuts that hold down your floor panels.
There is a metal strip with threaded studs used to hold the front left wing to the radiator bulkhead that may be NLA. George at Rovers Down South may have some. If not Ike at Pangolin (http://www.pangolin4x4.com) will likely have a used one for you.
That's pretty much all you need for wing fixings.

RDS usually has it all. Otherwise check Rovahfarm.
