Anyone planning on coming should send a PM to rrc.swb (aka Pedro) or sign up on the OCC mailing list to add you to the sign up sheet/database. This is to make sure we have enough teachers/groups.
Provide:
- rig (year/model/mods if any)
- how many people (including you)
- days you'll be attending (Sat only or Sat + Sun)
- is you want to attend the 101 or the 201
- what damage you are willing to withstand on your rig (from "not even a scratch" to "sure I can flip it if it makes me a better driver next time")

Don't be shy to be upfront! There is NO shame in not wanting to scratch the paint of your brand new RRS ( or beaten Series)!
But we've got to know in advance to make sure we have something -planned- for everyone attending. Last minute plans are the worst IMHO.

Added your group to the Database.

To all attending:

There are two forms needed... see attachments.

I know some folks don't like the idea about these, but it's a Club requirement. (will not discuss it any further).

Please make sure you bring them with you.

Thanks!!!

Also, the Database shows 14 of 33 being Rovers. That's great IMO... hope all can make it.

Yea... What Hammertime asked?

I am thinking about heading out Saturday morning and camping Satruday night to wheel again on Sunday. I can not see a way to arrive early enough on Satruday to set up camp - so it appears I will wheel all day with a truck full of camping gear?

Will anyone be camping Friday night?

Also - I checked the weather and things look awful - maybe pushing 100F this week and into the weekend.

It does seem a bit odd - that's the first time I have seen an event close. But this event does need more structure than usual and I guess they felt they wanted to keep the size down.

Tracey, I don't see your name on the list. I don't know who else might have been missed. If I have learned anything, it's never put your fate in Pedro's hands...

How have you found the X-DeFlex on the road and off?

A marked improvement on road and I didn't really notice if it was limiting me off road. I think my suspension will bottom out before the X-Deflex reaches its limits.

I did drag the left side pivot/ear on some rocks, but nothing major.

Jonathan, what was the reason you did the rear not the front? IIRC people say they noticed removing the front more than the rears.

A marked improvement on road and I didn't really notice if it was limiting me off road. I think my suspension will bottom out before the X-Deflex reaches its limits.

My truck didn't come with sways at all from the PO. I notice the improvement big time with the RTT.

It was great seeing everyone.

Big thanks to Dana and Jill, they know how to camp in style. Mike's Moose stew was great.

Yeah the secret is the truck, although she does have several years of wheeling experience at this point :)

Blame me for anything bad!
