Water leak

With some moderate to heavy rains, I've been experiencing water accumulation in the center console of my 97 ST with fiberglass top. I fully understand water coming from the doors, but where could the water be coming from to then collect at the center console? Thanks!

On top of the windshield there are 5 bolts that hold the fiberglass top on, that’s where mine leaks from, I use clear silicone around each bolt to seal it up.
