hard spare tire cover - will this fit a D90 rim?

I've seen this thing on Ebay a few times - does anyone know if this will fit my standard D90 alloy rims?

I've seen a picture of this cover on a steel wheel (NATO type perhaps) - does that mean it won't fit a D90 alloy?
