What do you need it for? Try Rover Tracks. They are making me some custom 5 bar stuff right now...

You may want to check out some metal scrap yards. I bought some remnant pieces enough to cover all the materials that I needed. And it depends on the shop, but most places will cut it to size for you.

Yeah that seems expensive with a min 4 sheet purchase?

Seems high for only 3/16" thick. What are you looking to do?...I will be starting a new thread about custom work, I have a small machine shop and was wondering what various things people need and want to have done. Please let me know and I can see what can be done.

Thanks,
Mark

I have been looking around too - I want a couple pieces cut and bent to fit on my factory side steps. The plastic is all crappy, and I have the plate sills, corners, fender tops - I'd like the steps to match.

Yo Matt and Jim, I have kinda been looking for some too. I'm in Houston where you would think there were plenty of suppliers for this stuff, but to no avail. As for the $300 figure, from what I have seen that is not terribly bad for 3/16" plus the fact that we're talking about a rare item anyway. If you had the skills and the tools you could make a lot of cool stuff with a 4 x 8' sheet. I know of a couple of orders I would place right off the bat (same stuff as Jim). Good luck.

I too have been looking for the stuff. For everything from roofrack flooring to the rear door panel. I've received the same prices for the sheets. And getting it from the UK is just as crazy.

I think there is a place in denver called al reco that has sheets of the stuff . I have been there many times and he sells most of the stuff by weight. If you cant find a number I will get it for you . Erik
