I did a search and didnt turn up anything on this topic. In refinishing my seat bases, I'm trying to separate the seat tracks from the frame. The 5 philips head bolts wont budge and they've been soaking in Liquid Wrench. Is there something I'm missing here or is it time to drill and extract?

I would try an impact wrench, the kind that uses a hammer. Like this,

jim-do not drill them out! trust me thats what i did -and to come and find out yuo can not replace the rivnut on the rails.you would have to buy a new bottom section(that entire braket at in your pic)its about $170 i think. try pushing down on your srew driver as hard as you can(holding the base with your feet or legs)and turn the srcewdriver with a big pair of pliers(anyway that how i got mine to turn after i made the mistake of drilling a couple out)or impact wrench.

Why can't you replace the rivnut?

because it is a different kind of rivnut than all the other rivnuts on the 90.this nut is put on before the slider is crimped together and if you use a regular rivnut(which you cant)when the bottom side of the rivnut flares out it will not fit with the sliding inner part-if that helps at all? p.s. this is why i am looking for a set of sliders!!!!!!!
