Mine isn't reading correctly. I have replaced the temp sender but that hasn't helped. So I assume it must be the guage, any options out there.

I think everyone goes with the VDO's as they look the closest to stock. You can get them at

http://www.egauges.com/

And a little info on them here

I went with an aftermarket analog gauge and sender. Basically a really long thermometer. Found it at Jegs.com. Not pretty, but I get exact degree readings from the hot side of the radiator.

Aaron, if you can wait a month or so, I'm going to be putting in VDO gauges and you can have my stocker.

Thanks mike I think I will go with that route. I appreciate it Ken I just need to know the temp I just did a rebuild on the motor, with a bunch of parts from RPI so last thing I want is a meltdown.

I don't know if it was just mine but the stock temp guage read nothing close to the actual temp. I think it is a good idea to upgrade to a decent sender and guage.
