I bought this driveshaft two and a half years ago as a precaution when I was upgrading to Rovertym's 3" springs. I never suffered any driveline vibrations, however, and so I never got around to installing it. It's in great condition - like new - and has basically been sitting in the bottom of my Action Packer for two years.

I'm asking $50.

Just out of curiosity how much did the driveshaft cost to begin with?

I wanna say two hundred? Maybe. Hard to remember - it's been two years and all the parts start running together eventually.

about $400 each new from GBR.

Really? I was curious because I have looked at the Tom Woods Shafts as well as well as the Safarigard units and they are 380 and 500 respectively. Sounds like the GBR units are a deal then.

Anybody have an opinion on which is better? GBR or Tom Woods?

I remember getting a pretty decent price - but then again I WAS getting my McNamaras at the same time...

I bought a DII front drive used off Ebay for something very little--I HAVE NOT INSTALLED IT, yet I was told it in all respects is a drop in replacement. I have no vibrations, so it is not a priority to install and I don't know if it is stonger/weaker better/worse, just that it is double cardon and if I lift it, I would use it. Just a tip. One of my buds used his, so I am fairly certain it works with all years on a 90. FWIW.

Those DII drive shafts are a hot commodity of off wrecks. My mechanic usually has them sold before the wreck makes it to his shop. They will work to help correct binding, don't know if they are better/stronger or the same either.
