Depending on what you are looking for, check out the Parts and Shops section of the Links area. You can get new and used from various places.

One of the few non-LR replacement options I know of is the Mastercraft bench seat. A bit overkill though if you are just looking for a more stock type replacement. Jeep catalogs have loads of replacement rear bench seats as well that may match the dimensions.

Or you might get lucky and someone may post back here that they have one sitting around.

Andreas - I have the stock rear bench seat from the 97 D90 that I'm looking to unload, in anticipation of getting some replacement jump seats instead. Make me a reasonable offer - I have to no idea how much they go for. It is in very good condition. Here's a picture of it:
