Other goodies include a VHF radio, digital video recorder, satellite transmission capability and a satellite phone. And get this: The Rescue has cameras under the chassis that display what the axles are about to run into--useful for off-roading in a tall vehicle like this. Ground clearance is variable in the Rescue, as the vehicle comes with a custom-built suspension whose ride height is adjustable. Are the H2's 17-inch wheels impressive? No. Rescue comes with titanic, 37-inch wheels with run-flat tires. From the cockpit, you can change the tire pressure to adjust traction on different surfaces.

Sure to make some environmentalists squirm.

I would rather have that Heep than an H2. 37's stock, cummins diesel (even though I say it is a POS, it does last) sounds good to me. Don't know about the cameras on the undercarriage, or should I say, I do know, because I wouldn't want them.

I might get killed for this but I actually think it is pretty cool. The size is a little big but 37in Wheels, can that be right? That would make the tires over 44in just by looking at the drawing. Get ready for all the posers to jump out of the Rubicons right into this bad boy!

FYI: I do not know why people dog the Cummins, if I could pick one moter tat would be it 550 LB of torque. That thing better be running something bigger than Dana 44's!

I have a Dodge Ram with a Cummins and it'll pull an 8,000 lb trailer up a hill in 90 degree weather with the a/c blowing ice cold and get 15 mpg doing it. It's a great engine.

It's the Cherokee reincarnated. It was so good in it's first life that it got to come back as this.

I kind of liked it too. Would be interesting to see if it ever comes to light.
