Rear bench seat, black color, tilts up does not fold, mounting brackets and hardware included, installed in my D-90 for 1 month, sat in twice, like new condition, racing seat belts (harness) included, purchased at 4 Wheel Parts and Accessories, located in Colorado Springs, is heavy and would rather not ship, $90, ph 719 481-0303
