getting the radiator cap off

am i the only one who has had horrible issues trying to remove it?

What kind of horrible issues. Push down, turn clockwise, she pops right off the reservoir. Getting the main radiator plug out of the top is childs play too. Spanner or adjustable wrench will bring it right off.

I replaced my plastic factory radiator plug (top side) with a brass one from EE last year. Nice touch.

22mm wrench is the only way to go. Anything else rounds them off. think you can get brass replacements, and careful screwing the plastic ones back in as they cross thread real easy!
