I have a 94 Defender that I recently bought that I am putting up for sale. My fiance decided after I bought it that she wants me to get an auto because she really likes it and wants to be able to drive it too, so after this sells I will be on the hunt for a 97 auto.
The defender is a white softtop with 27k miles. I have driven it @1200 miles since I have had it and have been getting 15-16MPG. I have honestly been amazed at how well this truck drives, and how easily it maintains highway speeds, even up large hills. It has no scratches, dents, etc. The paint is in excellent shape. The seats are as new, as well as the floor mats/rubber. The truck does have the A/C option.
There is one plastic trim piece that fits on the dash that is slightly loose and slightly cracked on the far passenger side of it. I have not taken the time to fix this as it doesn't rattle, or particularly bother me. I would imagine this is a pretty cheap trim piece, but I haven't priced it to know for sure.
It has good tires, badger windows, hella fogs, and approx. $2000 worth of decent stereo (Tuffy box, Pioneer Detachable Tape Deck, Pioneer 6 disc changer, Alpine marine speakers front/rear, PPI 4 channel amp). It also has a nice alpine alarm, but the remotes have long since been lost. I am under the impression that you can order a new remote by having an alpine dealer check out the serial number and order it in if you wish.
My email is turbolexus@zwallet.com if you have any questions or interest. I can take pics if anyone is seriously interested.
Asking $28k.
