A word document on Importation

Chris, I want to post a 43 page word document I got off the web. Started on a canadian D90 site and was so far into the links, not sure where I was. This is an official goverment down load I pulled this about 2 years ago and it took me this long to find it on my computer.

How do I post it, can I post it where do I post it ??

Paul if it is a word file you should be able to load it like a picture. as long as it is a .doc or .txt. But if it is too larg of a file you may have to zip it up.
