I have an ongoing problem with my rear ARB belching diff oil up the airline and into the cabin. The ARB probably has 3,000 miles on it. I have replaced the axle breather line and checked to make sure there is nothing clogging the opening on the axle. In chatting with ARB they told me it was the O rings in the locker. Had Moab 4wd pull the diff out and change the o rings on the diff with the ones ARB sent me. There was no change at all with the new o-rings. Arb claims that there is no other element of the locker that would let oil seep into the air line. Despite this claim, they have sent me a complete seal kit with instructions on how to "reseat" the locker. The locker engages and disengages fine, there is no problem with it at all except for this damn oil. Anyone know what's going on or have any advice?
