After a year of thinking about it, I am going to replace my broken radio. Looked at the speakers today and I believe they are stock. Photos will be attempted below 2 threads.
My question is on the stock speaker what is the wattage limit. My existing unit has 25w a channel and I will increase that to 45 or 55 watts. Depends on the sale $$ and what I like.
I am not big on radios. I leave the top off a lot so condensation and rain do get in, and this one has been broken for a year so...
Oh yeah - to replace the front speakers, do you HAVE to take the inside door panel off? It looks like it to me?

And the rear speaker
Cool I figured the photo thing out (hey small step for many, huge step for me).

Not sure on the wattage, but it may be listed on the speaker. You should be able to remove the grill on the front speakers and then you can unscrew it. You may want to check out a boat store for a marine stereo so you don't have to worry about it getting wet.

FYI update
* Stock speakers are 100 watts each
* front speakers require whole door panel removal. They are
attached from the back side (A royal pain the arse!)
