I am trying to get everything ready for putting the body back on my chassis. I still have the NAS tank and fuel lines, and was wondering if you guys had used the NAS fuel lines and modified the ends, or if you bought new lines or made new lines. The lines that came in the kit are for the side mounted tank, which I don't have.
Thanks
Chris

Mike Wesson used my NAS fuel lines on my conversion. He bypassed the NAS fuel pump with a flexible hose for a pickup in the tank and disconnected the fuel pump wires. Also modified the NAS fill pipe by cutting out the unleaded fuel filler guard with a die grinder so it will accept a truck diesel pump nozzle.
So far so good, Tom

Yeah, I understand all of that, and have done the same. My question is about the other end, where it connects in the engine bay. It seems the NAS lines are too short. Did he add to the lines?

If you have the Tdi lines you can run them from the pump down the firewall to the euro-tank location and then adapt them onto the nas lines that head back to the tank. You can buy connectors that make this possible from NAPA or maybe even Home Depot. Basically a splice.
