Had an issue today installing mine...
Why, in God's name did they design this thing without addressing trucks with A/C units?
Those of you who have had the experiece would know that you must take out all the tubing that goes from the air box to the side vent, seal it up and re-install...simple in honest thoughts if the AC unit was not obstructing it all!!!
In order to ensure that the whole thing was sealed I have to take that out (keeping all the connections in so that I would not have issues with the A/C) and THEN install the sealed tubing...2hrs? more like 6! It was 48 degrees outside (in the shade)!
Could this not have been simpler?
