How does every one keep their workshop manuals when their in the field? That damn thing was expensive and I can imagine the first sign of water or mud will render it useless.

I have been searching the www for waterproof binders and such but haven't found anything of use.

It's going into the new Pelican case, but that will just protect it when it is inside.

I really don't want to put each page in a protector sheet, as it will double the size! The only other alternative would be the copy machine at work.....

Well, I put each page in a protector sheet, and I used the heavy duty ones. It has paid off, everytime I work on the 90 I get dirt and grease all over the pages, and with the protectors it wipes right off.
