When I was selling my OME 751 springs I had few people backed of the sale b/c they were unmatched springs. I have lifted 6 LR's with OME springs and two used matched and 4 unmatched and I couldn't tell difference.

If the the truck sat level with different height springs then either the truck was not loaded evenly or the springs had slightly different spring rates. What was the most differance in length?

Yo Yousef, if you think you can hide under a new identity, think again. This is like witness relocation, a fresh start in life ,-this new forum. anyways I have messed with all kinds of springs and I agree with yousef. My 90 sat level empty when i had 751 HD springs, and they were Ps and Ds. It also sat level with me inside.I later added 764s in front, but they were matched Ps springs. Still sits level when Im inside. My point---whatever! :toast :toast :toast

Haha busted :) I always used this name but didn't want to email Chris and ask him to change my user name. Also my D90 tags say the same thing, I need to go to the DMV and pick those up.

I wonder who came up with the idea of matched and unmatched springs????

It came around because Discos suffer a lean out of the factory and people were getting sick of walking up to their truck and seeing that crappy lean all the time. Matching the springs really reduces it and in the heavier trucks like mine, i totally switched the "unmatched" RTE spring to the opposite sides and my rear is level.

That makes sense now. People that backed out were from the DiscoWeb.

Thanks,
