Surrey top, rear bench seat, and front guard

I have the following items for sale:


Surrey top - $320 plus shipping - unused and perfect (took it out of the box and that's it...even did so inside...you'd get a new box); I got it from Land Rover West Chester, see the following add (http://www.d-90.com/forum/showthread.php?t=822 (showthread.php?t=822)).
Rear bench seat (from '95 D90) - $450 plus shipping - comfortable, good looking cloth seat with vinyl sides and top; good condition (one "repaired" tear in the upper right side of the seat back...otherwise pretty choice); missing one bracket.
Front guard - Pay shipping only - piece of a front bumper/guard
Would likely only consider a trade for two jump seats.

Sorry, I forgot to note that...the seat does not have any hardware other than one bracket (no seat belts).

The Reach Bench Seat - This thing really is comfortable and made of great material - Now $400 (plus shipping)...was $450.

Front Guard Piece - Still Shipping Only (though I'm tempted to pay someone a couple dollars to take it off my hands...).

The surrey top is SOLD!
The front guard is...well, disposed off.
There was some interest in buying the one bracket I have for the rear seat...fine I'll sell it (make an offer).
But...

I still have the rear seat for sale, and after parting with the surrey top...I'll bring down the price again. There was some interest early on, so I'm bringing the price down to $345 plus shipping (the bracket goes with it...so use the $5 short of $350 to buy the other one). The seat has one tear...on the side...that can definitely be fixed (the only reason I haven't is because I'm selling it and I don't want to hide it). The seat is wonderful, but I want black vinyl jump seats (and I'm getting anxious, so the price is coming down).

It will be a while before I even consider another price drop...$350 is the price I was hoping for all along. Offers and questions are welcome though. It's great for videogames, but get this thing out of my livingroom...please.

when you say piece of a front guard, does that mean it needs modification to install?
