So that's how they're supposed to look like....:grin
Correct me if I'm wrong but are you doing two types of doors? Also, what are you doing to prevent the rust that occurs within the area of the door handle? That's nice to see them galvanized like that. Can't wait to see the finished product. Have you decide on the color yet? [subliminal message - White is cool] :grin

Did you do that yourself?
Or is it some sort of aftermarket thing?

Just curious how much was the galvanizing process? How difficult was it to remove the door skins, I've got to do the same on mine.

They came out great. They were galv. locally. Myself and a few others put together a bunch of parts and had it all done at once. It cost me $85 for the 4 doors and a few small parts. My friend galv. a ARB bumper which came out great.
Glenn, the door handle area is now galv. so It wont rust and It looks like I will be spraying alpine white for the truck. Simple and easy... Oh and yes, I will have full doors and 1/2 doors for my truck. NICE. Summer and winter doors.
Al, its easy to remove the skins but they get wrecked in the process. I have all new skins for the doors. Putting them back on is easy. I will take pics when I do it.
