Modified stock tire carrier :)

I'm selling my tire carrier of my 95 ST D90. It comes with all the brackets, bolts, nuts, and reinforcement plate. It has been modified by Rover Tracks to accept my 150# spare/tire with out any problem. It's now sites about 3" higher. There is zero rust on it and in perfect shape. It will fit a SW with some minor modifications. Lights bar and light are included. $600.

What condition is the light bar in? Any rust? Powder coat peeling?
Light included?

The bar is strait with no rust. I drilled to holes to mounts some backup lights but that the only thing. It is painted flat black. Yes light is included.
