I know this is a D-90 board, but would you know if that fits a Discovery 1?

If you have converted to a D90 sytle steering then yes (mounts in front axle onto drag link). But if it's the stock type behind the axle, then no. But if you plan to convert (very good idea) then I'd buy it.
