I've noticed some lurching in the clutch in both reverse and 1st gear and I was wondering if this was indicative of anything specific. Thanks in advance,
Sean

BTW: 60k on current clutch w/ r380

I have found it easier to push the clutch in lately. Any help would be appreciated. Sorry to jump in on your thread

Sean - my truck was doing the same thing a while back but only when it had been parked overnight. for me the fix was replacing the slave cylinder because it was leaking. the general rule as I understand (correct me if I'm wrong) is to replace the clutch MC, flex hose, and SC at the same time.

Rob - check your clutch fluid level. top off and bleed if real low. as always check for leaks.

I don't think you have to replace them all at once, but if it has high mileage and since you are in there. My MC died earlier this year. I replaced it, it is hard to get in and out and it takes a while to bleed it. If you are leaking check to see if any is getting onto the clutch peddle, if so then it is probably the MC. When my fluid got low the peddle was real soft, if it got too low it would not work and I would have to refill it and bleed it.

I checked the fluid and it was full.
