Has anyone out there had any seams repaired or tears sewn up on their soft-tops? If so, what did it cost and how effective was it?

Thanks,
Brian:confused

I've had a few minor repairs before and it was like $20.00 for approx 4" seam repair and a ~3: tear.

Brian,
Check with an auto upholstery shop in your area, you'll have the best luck with one that makes/repairs convertible tops or works on custom vehicles.

Art is right again. I had half a dozen repairs made to my Bestop including a tear in the middle of the fabric along with several reinforcing repairs around the belt rail. I even had the guy sew a LR LOGO patch over the tear and it kinda looks like it belongs there. I was pleased with the work and it only cost me $65.
