superficial rust on bolt heads 97 SW

I have heard about a replacement kit for the bolts on the doors, bonnet, etc that exchanges the steel bolts for nickel and or cad plated ones to stop the rust. Is anyone familiar with this kit? I have looked on several sites to no avail. Thanks for your time!!

That set is about $300. Does anyone know where to get the big stainless bolts for ONLY the hood, doors and rear door hinges? I don't much care if I have all the other ones.
