I just searched through this and the discoweb site and do not see anyone who has converted disco seats for use in their defender.

My 90 should be here in the next week or two and I know the front seats at a minimum are in bad shape. I would like to keep a somewhat factory appearance to them so I am trying to avoid the mastercraft or other "race seat" replacement options. I checked out the Bravada option but I really like the seats in my dads Disco.

Does anyone have any specific experience on installing them in a 97 Defender with the center console? That was my only concern with the Bravada seat is if it would work with the console.

If it doesn't work I will probably just re-cover my current seats until I find something i REALLY like.
Thanks
Dennis

Can't comment on the seats themselves, but....

Badger Coachworks and the official LR seatcovers are both nice.

The problem your going to have with Disco seats is that they are too tall. This was discussed in a thread on the old BB about the same time last year. Ron's option with the Bravada seats is nice. Badger Coachwroks has also retrofitted range rover seats before, but it eliminates your center console. You can now also buy retrim kits from AB or from the UK. I would go with one of these and have your local coachworks shop refit them to your existing seats. This is of course unless you go with a replacement like CVC's truck with the nice Corbeau's.
