Just received a postard from the BLM in today's mail ...

"The Finding of No Significant Impact and Decision Record for Environmental Assessment UT-060-2005-080, Red Rock 4-Wheelers Jeep Safari and Fall Campout 5-Year Permit Renewal and Other Permitted, Non-Competitive Motorized Use of Jeep Safari Routes has been signed. The final documents are available at www.blm.gov/utah/moab. Those without internet access should contact the BLM directly.

Thank you for your interest in the environmental review process for this action.

I hear ya Kieth. I guess these reports have to follow a given format?

Yeah sounds like it's good to go unless the birds decide to nest too close to the trails or someone squashes a prairie dog.

I hope the Red Rock guys can keep an eye on the event.

Don't know about the reports - referring to the whole income tax reporting industry that I'm a teeeny cog in

I had sent a letter in the mail to both BLM offices in the Fall when they requested comments and got a nice postcard in reply - lucky me.

Best,
