I remember a post on the old board about trying to get a bunch of people together to bulk order the metal kick plates from ECR. Did anyone make any progress on this. If not I would be willing to step up and see what we can do. My cardboard ones are pretty shot.

If I remember correctly they said they have to much work on their hands and they don't have enough time to build the kick plated.

I would say let's bug Keith and have him build a few :)

Hi,

I just talked to Keith @ Rover Tracks about the kick plates and he is pretty busy right now and was not sure when he would be able to start on the kick plates, he recommended that I should make them through my company (Slick Rock Fabrication)

I will start a thread in the Vendors loft and if there are enough people that are interested in the kick plates I can make a batch or two.

After contacting ECR numerous times, they said they were too busy.

So I would be VERY interested in the kick panels.

...Maybe we should change the name of Rovertrax, to youseftrax!! Thats why Keith is so busy!!!!:grin

Hi Everyone,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I have acquired templates (94 95 97) for the stock cardboard foot well panels and have started on the prototype replacement parts, I have posted the details in the new vendor section and will update that thread as things develop so everyone will be able to follow the progress and provide input.

Thanks,

Dave Lucas

Any chance of making them out of checkerplate?

I really need both the drivers and passener side for my 97 w/A/C.
