Frequent lurker and rare poster and I am considering selling my 95 D90 and moving up to a 97 auto and would like to get an idea on pricing. I don't want to be greedy just move it reasonably fast. It's a 95' with 60k and is completely stock except for the side steps, A-bar and aux lights and rear bench seat. Overall the interior is in very good condition. Exterior is in very good condition with no digs or scratches. There is/was some very light surface rust on some of the suspension parts that I cleaned up.

Mechanically it is very tight - I had a head gasket leak that was repaired including cleaning up the heads and it has a new clutch and a new starter. The top is in very good condition with just some minor scratching on the windows and the tires still have plenty of tread left. This car drives very tight and is in very nice shape overall and given the investment I have put into it mechanically in the last year should be relatively trouble free for some time. I am thinking $23k - $24k to move. Is that too high? See pic below.

Thanks in advance.

That seems like a very fair price range to me. You could hold out for more if you really wanted to wait it out, but like you said if you aren't trying to be greedy and want to move it reasonably fast I think that price is fair.

I know the dealer in Glenwood Springs just bought a 97 from a friend of mine in very similar condition and miles. They paid them $24k, and it had a hard top. I think they already had a client lined up for it.

FYI!

They paid him 24 for it and probably sold it for 34,000 or more......I would hold out and get as much as you can for it then find you a 97.
