looking for 94' AC Vent / dash trim

Hi,
My truck is missing 1 AC Vent.

Also I need the plastic piece to the right of the speedo (the fan speed indicator?, rectangle piece), it looks like it pops right in,

If anyone has the parts or knows where I can get them, please let me know.

You're looking for that little plastic label thingie for the fan switch, about 1/2" wide and 5" tall, correct?
