I was just very poorly treated by Rovers North on the phone. Just felt like I should say something about it.
Maybe our market is growing, and we're becoming just-another-numbers! Wouldn't that be great?

Wicks,
When you say something like that you really need to explain what happened in more detail. World of mouth like this can be very detrimental to a business so please back up your statement. How were you poorly treated?

Hey guys,
Yeah I usually do get good service as well. Don't forget all the times I have given positive comments, referred customers, etc. If I hadn't dropped some serious change with them I wouldn't feel the right to complain. It was just regards handling incorrectly filled orders, etc. I don't feel that it would hurt their business but maybe through the grapevine and karmic universe, they'll end up being a little bit more serviceable.

Wicks,
I agree with David. You should say very specifically what happened and even with your second post, I didn't see that.
I also have spent a lot with them and have had great service. And I had an order that was shipped with a damaged piece (wing protector) and they shipped me a replacement even before they got the damaged one back.
I usually ask for the same person, Art, and he remembers me and is great to deal with.
Did you ask to speak to a manager? May sound like a cliche' but it works most of the time.
Rick
