What are the "brackets?" I assume it's not the enitre kit?

No it's not the entire kit. The brackets bolt between the shock and the lower shock mount which it will give you 2"+ of drop.
If you get the entire kit it comes with 3" bump stops and retainers $250.

Ah HA! Damn, I though it was the "Droop" kit for the springs. Thanks for the info Yousef. By the way, have you had to use that huge "tongue depressor" on the front of your D90 yet?:grin

You mean the stinger bar? Actually I took it off, people didn't like me behind them in stop light or driving :) Plus when I had it on every time I pass by a cops they keep looking at me and since it been off the cops won't look at me anymore :)
