Pic below is for a 110 Tdi.
1. I found a place in Mass that will redo the oil cooler hoses for $50. New, much better hose attached with ferrules to the existing pipe so it's serviceable. Marlboro Hydraulic Hose & Supply, 508-485-3337, ask for Wayne.
2. Only problem, for my 110 lines at least, is that one of the lines near the adapter ("A" in the pic) does not have the 1-inch length of pipe required by this shop.
3. So, I have to make up a short line with the flair ("B" in the pic) so this shop can then fit the hose. Does anyone know what type of flare this is? It's as if the pipe has been squashed to make a compression-type fitting.
