RHD vs LHD drop arm

Any idea if RHD and LHD drop arms are interchangeable?

Part #s: RHD is QFW000020 and LHD is QFW000030.

They look the same in pics, can't imagine why they'd be different as they are single and point forward. Keyed differently maybe?
