Custom Speedo setup for Series truck

Can I get a d-90 mechanical speedo cable coming out of an LT-230 to adapt to a Ser III Speedo? Any Ideas??

if the Series III speedo is mechanical you can have North Hollywood Speedometer mate the two cables to make it work. They can do damn near anything...had them do this once for my old G Wagen...see: www.nhspeedometer.com and give em a call. very reasonable rates too.
