Looks like a SG to me but it might be a copy of a SG bumper...
On a SG bumper the sides of the brush bar stick out past the side of the bumper, this does not. And SG bumpers have three light tabs on them, that looks like they had to make something or buy something to attach those lights. But it does look like a SG but it has a few things that if you look at it closely you can see that make it look like a copy.

But it might be a SG...

There is a company that makes a bumper that looks just about identical to the SG bumper for the D90s. I cant recall their name at the moment but there is someone out there making one that looks almost like the SG one.

Also I know a guy who does custom bumpers for LR's and his Defender bumper looks like a SG, but his RRC/Disc bumpers look like RRC ARB bumpers.
