Technically, this is not a Defender part. But since I pulled it out of my Defender's fuel tank over the weekend, I think I could make the arguement. Apparently, the previous owner installed the wrong fuel pump sometime in the past, which would explain why there was no place to hook up the overflow tube!
So...
I have a Disco I fuel pump for sale. Part number ESR 3926. It is used, but is fully functional and looks brand new. Has a strong fuel odor, so using it as a centerpiece at Thanksgiving dinner is not advised. This fuel pump kit installs inside Disco I series fuel tank.
Asking $80 plus shipping. Costs around $200 new. Free delivery to the MAR.
Thanks,
Greg
