Removing the steering wheel on 1984 One Ten, what's the torque value on the nut when refitting?
...need to get at instument panel to diagnose an inop heater blower.

seriously, I dont think its a critical value. On mine the splines are plenty tight, tighten it enough to seat the wheel all the way and youre good to go.

Tighten it just enought to stop the play in the steering wheel. Any more just makes the wheel harder to get off the next time.
