I have found on my truck that at highway speeds if I abruptly let off the gas the truck torques pretty good to the right? To the point i have to counter steer? It is almost as though the rear end is pivoting?
I have looked underneath and everything looks solid, the bushings look new on the front of the lower control arms and I can not see any obvious problem.
The only thing I thought may be kind of strange is that the front bushing on the lower links are not tightened up enough to squeeze the rubber bushings at all. In fact there is maybe an 1/8 inch gap between the big rubber washer and the bushing? I am used to my early Bronco's where you slightly compress the bushings.
I would think that if it were a problem with the upper link the issue would not be so pronounced from side to side.
Any one suggest anything I could look at?
Thanks
Dennis
