rear speaker housing

I have to of the rear speaker holders out of my 94ST. If anyone wants them let me know. One of the screw holes is cracked so I had to drill another hole next to it. They come with MB Quart 6.5" speakers. I don't think they sound very good so I switched to 6x9's

Do you know if these will fit in a 97 ST? I think the rear belts mount behind the speaker box in a 97 & the belt feeds up out of the top of the speaker box, no?

I have a '95 D90 ST and the rear seat belts do feed up through the speaker housings.
