A twin turbo V8 in a Camaro

This thing has 2 turbos that look like they can suck in a small animal!

Does the 1/4 mile in low 6s!

No, a turbo consists of a turbine side and a compressor side. So its only two turbos, and lots of drag cars are set up this way. So its as remarkable as it is related to Land Rovers...

Yeah, we recognized it this time Jim! That seems like an awful lot of engine to only be in the 6's though.

I have noticed changes in Jim also! I think his stint at the KGB had him all wound up but now that he is state side he sounds much better!

I think its only Rover related in a sense that most all of the members here work on their own trucks & improvise extensively, in the same way that the Camaro guy did and ended up with a performer.

I have never been into drag racing or Nascrap but i do admire that engine!

I stand corrected on the low 6s time! He did that prior to installing the second turbo! I will try & find out what his time is now.

Here is a pic with only 1 turbo.

Its wasn't the KGB so much as the alien abduction and the experimental probings. I think I'll go have another vodka or five, after all, its only 2:00, the night is young!

How about a twin turbo V8 in a Volvo wagon? You could probably pass a cop flogging it and he'd still wouldn't pull you over.
